After you mail your DNA kit back, lab processing takes approximately 3–4 weeks. Once your results are in, your custom formula is manufactured at our NSF cGMP facility — typically 5–10 business days — and shipped directly to you. Total timeline from kit to bottle is approximately 5–6 weeks for your first order.

No. Your DNA doesn’t change. Once we have your genetic profile, your formula can be remanufactured indefinitely without retesting. We may refine the rules engine over time as new research emerges, which could improve your formula — but you’ll never need another cheek swab.
