What's included in the $149 DNA kit?
Your $149 covers the kit, return shipping, lab genotyping of ~710,000 markers, analysis against 73 curated markers, 48 of which shape your formula, and your full personalized insights report. No subscription required. Worth being clear about what this is not: it isn't ancestry, and it isn't a disease test. We read the markers that change what your body does with specific nutrients, and nothing here screens for, diagnoses, or reports on illness.
How does the optional $159/mo subscription work?
After your DNA results come back, you can opt into the supplement subscription anytime. It's $159/month with a 3-month minimum, billed monthly. Your first month is charged when you subscribe, and then on the same date every month after that. Your formula is compounded to order once your results are in, and a fresh 90-day supply is made every 3 months. If anything in your health survey needs a closer look before we make it, we hold the formula and email you rather than ship it.
When am I charged, and when does my first supply arrive?
You're charged at checkout, the same as any subscription, and then monthly. Compounding starts as soon as your results and your health survey are both in, and a made-to-order supply takes about 5 to 10 business days before it ships with tracking. If your results aren't back yet when you subscribe, nothing is made until they are, and we email you at each step so you always know where your order stands.
How long until I receive my results?
Your kit arrives in 3-5 business days. DNA processing takes 3-4 weeks once you mail it back. Total: ~4-5 weeks from order to seeing your insights report.
Why a 3-month minimum on the subscription?
Two reasons, one biological, one practical. Biologically, supplementation works on the timescale of cellular turnover: red blood cells renew about every 120 days, and markers like homocysteine and vitamin D take 8-12 weeks of consistent intake to meaningfully shift. A few weeks isn't a fair test of your formula, three months is the minimum window to actually feel and measure a change. Practically, each formula is custom-blended to your DNA (not pulled from inventory), which carries a per-batch setup cost; a 3-month commitment lets us hold the price at $159 rather than pricing in single-bottle economics. After three months, cancel anytime.
Can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel the supplement subscription anytime after the 3-month minimum period. Because each formula is compounded to order rather than pulled from a shelf, cancelling stops billing at the end of your current 3-month term, and your portal shows you that exact date before you confirm. The $149 DNA kit is non-refundable once your sample reaches the lab, since processing has already begun.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we're proudly Canadian-founded and ship to Canada. A couple of honest cross-border notes so nothing surprises you: international DNA kits don't include a prepaid return mailer (customs rules), so you'll cover return postage (typically about CA$25-50 via a tracked courier) and complete a short customs form when you mail your sample back.
